Even the rich have custody issues...

I am pretty impressed they are both fighting, usually in these situations one of the parents effectively buys out the other parents "interest" in the child. However, this situation is surely damaging to their son, witnessed by the child yelling in a room adjacent to the courtroom. (Why on earth would they take him to court?)
