Relocation Study

This link is to one of the only published and recent studies concerning the effects of parental relocation after divorce. While there have been some questions brought up about the study, it can be called landmark in it's findings. This would be a good study to provide to your attorney if relocation is at issue in your case as well as to provide to a custody evaluator if you have one. Hopefully, your evaluator will already be aware of the study, but by giving it to them you eliminate the possibility that they are not as well as presenting yourself as a parent who is up on the current research.
