Impeachment Resolution in Colorado

A Colorado Representative has filed a resolution calling for the impeachment of Judge Richard Coughlin. Judge Coughlin issued a joint custody ruling declaring that there could be nothing in the child's upbringing that could be considered homophobic. Rep.
