Filing a Complaint Against the Friend of the Court (FOC) in Michigan

Larry Holland at Stand Up Today has an excellent post about the FOC in Michigan and how to go about filing a complaint against them.

Here is another link for How to file a "Request for Investigation of Courts" in Michigan as well.


This is based upon Michigan Court Rule 8.113 (MCR 8.113) and involves the State Court Administrator into looking into issues presented by a complainant.
